Stopped in for some local advice and a few flies for some fishing while camping with my daughter. Cute little shop with locals hanging out telling fish stories. Guide Will threw a few of his favorite flies in a box for me and I caught my biggest Montana cutthroat in the first 10 minutes of fishing later that day!!
Awesome shop! Sammy gave me some really good advice on where to go on the flathead and her fly suggestions were spot on! Caught tons of cutthroat on a river completely new to me.
Lary's fly shop was outstanding. Greeted by two friendly dogs, the shop was well organized and stocked well for the local fishing. Chatted about fly fishing for near 2 hours and was very well informed on the tactics, flies, and locations to fish. Will definitely return and highly recommend this cozy fly shop.
